#DayofDance2016 is almost here! Bring your family and friends and join us Saturday, February 13 at Albuquerque Embassy Suites 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The Duke City Dance Off begins at 1:00 p.m. We would like to say a special thank you to the event organizers, our partner dance studios - Arthur Murray Dance, Enchantment Dancing and The Dance Studio - as well as our celebrity dancers. Thank you for your hard work to make this a great event promoting better health!

Thank you to everyone who joined us Saturday for the Take it to Heart health fair! There were several health & wellness vendors, screenings and presentations from Dr. Barry Ramo and Dr. Fernando Tondato, both with New Mexico Heart Institute. Lovelace’s Resuscitation Rangers also provided a great hands-only CPR and AED training.
